| Job Seekers / Candidates | No fees are charged to job seekers or candidates. |
| Hiring Companies | Recruitment fees are charged to hiring companies in accordance with individual agreements. |
| Maximum Fee | Up to 35% of the candidate's first-year annual compensation. |
